Last Day Sect is a trio of musicians who have worked with some big names. Vocals, guitar, bass and drums come from producer Paul Cuddeford who has worked with Bob Geldof and Steve Harley among others. He and fellow vocalist and producer Tom Wilcox have worked with Lisa Ronson, who is featured as a special guest on this album.
Q: How does the setting in, Rebecca, contribute to the gothic genre? A: The setting in this story has a tremendous contribution to the tone and mood of gothic. The story takes place at Manderley, a stone cold mansion isolated in its own world. The fog and jagged sea aid in the sense of foreboding that the mansion has to offer.
